We connect with liver patients, their families, and the broader community to share the programs and resources offered by American Liver Foundation, and include a free, family‑friendly activity for children and adults to enjoy.

- 952 Alabamians died of liver disease/cirrhosis in 2023.
- 630 Alabamians have liver cancer.
- 8.7 per 100,000 of new cancer rates in Alabama are liver and intrahepatic bile duct cancer.
- 155 liver transplants were performed in 2025 with 189 people currently on the waiting list and 14 people who died waiting.
